He left out two very important things: 1) Lower the turkey SLOWLY into the fryer, do NOT drop it in; 2) Have a fire extinguisher (one for GREASE fires) on hand just in case.
That was freaking awesome ! I have unfortunately gone after the poor soul who did set his house on fire doing this as well as more than a few burn runs. I think this should be a nationwide PSA - great job you guys ! Too awesome !
the first time i did this i did it indoors in my kitchen and i burnt the house down.
